✨ Mission
You will be in charge of structuring and managing a division of about 15 people, including Software Developers, Architect and Support & Deployment Managers.
You will work closely with the CPTO, all other technical team leads (AI, Data, Product, Regulatory, etc.) and external technical key partners.
Your role will be to drive growth and mentor your teams to achieve the objectives of an ambitious roadmap.
🥇 Responsibilities
Management and coaching of the dev teams, responsible for recruitment and onboarding
Involved in tech strategic thinking in collaboration with the CPTO
Drive delivery of software product features
Responsible for key integration partnerships on the technical side (OEM, distributors, PACS, RIS)
Structure teamwork, culture and processes in dev teams;
Ensure smooth interfaces with other teams (Reg, Product, Data, IA)
In charge of the company’s IT security policy

You have experience and a proven track record as a tech leader (management of over ten people)
You have extensive experience in development in an agile environment
You have an excellent understanding of infrastructure, technical debt and security matters
You have proven experience in setting up processes in an organization
Fluent in French and English
