You will report to our VP Product Edouard, and will work within a team of 7 PMs, 3 Product Designers and 1 Product-data ops. You will collaborate with one other Lead PM from another tribe to make sure our platform is well integrated to each modules
Develop and maintain new modules in order to create more value into the GitGuardian platform
Manage 2 Product Managers and help them to provide value on their respective module
Work alongside our engineering team to define new features, as well as with our business and sales teams to align production with market needs
Manage the product backlog according to strategic vision and optimise customer experience
Get feedback from the sales meetings and customers’ needs
Organize product features releases and upgrades, communicating these within the company
Schedule and coordinate rituals (daily, sprints, retro, demo), and setting goals for the team

Backend: Python + Django, Go, RabbitMQ, Redis
DB: Elasticsearch (+ Kibana), PostgreSQL
Frontend: React / Typescript
Deployment: Docker, Terraform, AWS

4+ years of experience doing hands-on Product Management
Mastering both doing Discovery and Delivery
Extensive knowledge about Cybersecurity
Being technically savvy and like the developer and appsec persona
Experience on collaboration with Product Designers
Being a great communicator, able to adapt your language to your audience: you know when to be technical and specific, and when to remain high level
