As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will have a critical role and responsibility in leading the team to improve the technical capabilities of our product.

You are able to intervene on our whole technical stack :

• Backend : Python + Flask, Go, RabbitMQ, Redis
• DB : Elasticsearch (+ Kibana), PostgreSQL
• Frontend : React.JS
• Deployment : Kubernetes + Docker

You will supervise 2-4 junior developers, ensuring that they are efficiently trained and assess their progress.

You will work closely with the two founders on the product roadmap and functional specifications.
You will support the CTO and give advice regarding implementation strategies and software architectures.

You will continuously help us to improve our development processes (tools and methods).

• 2 - 5 years of experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field of study/ equivalent practical experience.
• Software development experience in a few general purpose programming languages: Python, Go, C/C++, Java, …
• Software development experience in a few Javascript frameworks or libraries: Angular, VueJS, React, VanillaJS ;-) ….
• Experience in setting up your own servers and docker environment, and securely deploying applications.
• Experience working with three or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, Machine Learning, security software development.
• Very good development practices: product roadmaps, functional specifications, CI/CD, unit testing, …
• Product-focused.
