Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, Giskard enables AI professionals (Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers) to evaluate & test the quality of ML models.

Co-founded in 2021 by 2 ex-Dataiku engineers and 1 researcher in AI Ethics, we are leveraging our deep experience in AI to build the first collaborative & open-source Quality Assurance platform for all AI models.

We call our platform the "Three-point Safety Belt" for AI models! 🚗

1. Open-source ML Testing library to help Data Scientists detect vulnerabilities & biases in ML models, automatically.

2. Collaborative AI Quality Hub to help ML Engineers test, debug & explain AI models visually

3. LLMon to monitor Large Language Models (LLM) applications to detect hallucinations & issues in real time.

Track record

Your role

As our first Head of Sales for the North America, UK & Ireland region, you will be in the driving seat to accelerate the growth of an early-stage startup, creating a new category in a 53B€ market.

Working directly with the CEO, your missions will be to:

  • Act as lead Account Executive for key enterprise accounts
    • Help to respond to large RFIs / RFPs and drive customer discussions from evaluation to implementation & user onboarding
    • Manage customer evaluations and build solid relationships with stakeholders to sign deals & expand accounts
    • Explain our product, educate customers on our benefits, build ROI business cases
    • Build relationships with high-level Data & AI professionals: CTOs, CDOs and Heads of AI/ML
  • Manage our sales team as we grow
    • Set objectives, pace, methodologies and frameworks for the sales team - in close collaboration with the CEO
    • Hire and coach junior Business Development Representatives and Account Executives
    • Collaborate with Marketing team to define strategies / content to drive more sales and open new verticals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in software sales for Data, AI, Cybersecurity or Developer tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in consulting or strategic roles
  • Proven track record selling six-figures software deals to enterprise accounts and achieving quotas
  • Experience selling software to companies in North America, UK & Ireland, with an understanding of cross-cultural differences between France and these countries
  • Bilingual professional communication skills in both English and French (verbal and written)
  • Located in Paris, France or willing to relocate in the next 3 months
  • Experience in selling new concepts / innovation to technical stakeholders in large enterprises
  • Comfortable traveling 20 to 40%
  • Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy, applying a consultative approach to customer interactions
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, CCS, SPIN or Challenger sales
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with customers and develop transverse alignment across different technical and business stakeholders, both at your company and at your customers
  • Experience in management or coaching of junior team members
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to learn & deliver fast & autonomously, while being a team player
  • Bonus: experience in early-stage startups (<50 employees)

Salary: fixed salary between 60 000 € and 90 000 € / year (brut) + 10% bonus on deals + 0.1 - 0.3% of equity
