At Fixter we’re doing things differently. We want to turn the car maintenance industry on its head and we can’t do that by following the status quo. Our network of garages is the key to our service and we are looking for a rockstar Account Manager to help us take our French network to the next level. 💡

Working closely with our Head of Supply, in this role you will work to build close relationships with our garage partners, maximising the revenue they generate and ensuring they deliver great experiences for our customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in a range of high impact projects that will shape the future of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

You will work closely with our Head of Supply to deliver a wide range of impactful work, including:

  • Building relationships with our existing garage partners: Build close relationships with our existing partners to ensure that they maximise the work they can complete, the revenue they generate and the experiences they deliver for customers.

  • Growing our network: Identify and onboard new garage partners to expand our network across France. 

  • Maximise profitability: In this role you will keep an eye on the numbers, ensuring that we are always looking for ways to improve our profit margins. 

Rolling your sleeves up to solve urgent problems: You will be mainly focused on helping us to achieve our growth objectives in France, but you will also need to be ready to get involved with fighting fires and solving issues where needed.

Preferred experience

Are you an ambitious, data-driven generalist? If so, you may be just the person we’re looking for!

We think the right candidate will tick most of the following boxes:

  • 3+ years of experience, in account management, relationship management, sales or related, or similar.

  • Comfortable using and interpreting data to inform which actions you should take next. 

  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with top quality communication skills.

  • Ambition - you know where you’re going and how you want to get there.

  • Ability to travel in the France, driving licence is a must
