Data is the new oil but after building pipelines, we need to make it available to users.
You will be joining the Data team and together with the data engineer, you will help the Business
thrive through information. Our business users need dashboards and custom analysis of
Fintecture’s data sets. You will learn about the field of instant payments and banking.
By working closely with a data engineer, you will supervise data quality and suggest
modelization for improving the execution of dashboards. You will also be working along with
product managers to help improve and optimize certain data-focused products. You will be
working with Sales to better understand our customers and find patterns. Finally, you will also be
involved in regulatory reporting by helping the Compliance team with their data needs.
You know SQL and have experience with BI tooling (from spreadsheet to Metabase). You will
document the usage of BI tools and the grammar of the data. You love to understand business
needs.

● Structure existing dashboards and support teams in setting up and enriching their BI tools

● Drive a data culture in the team and work closely with our Data Engineering to improve data quality across the board.
● Provide ad hoc training in Metabase to help teams be autonomous on simple requests

🏆 Desired Profile

● Well organized and can prioritize tasks
● You are autonomous, rigorous and detail-oriented
● SQL (experience with BigQuery is a plus)
● Web visualization
● Spreadsheet technics
● Notions in statistics
● Knowledge of Metabase is a plus
● Knowledge of Python is a plus
● Knowledge of Git is a plus
● Good sense of communication, be comfortable with the fact of exchanging on a daily basis with various interlocutors
