POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting to FieldBox.ai Director in APAC, you will be in charge of managing the execution and delivery of an innovative solution at one or several of our clients. For that purpose, you will have a direct contribution to designing solutions for the client and maximize their impact in clientss business. You will also identify and evaluate project risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

On a daily basis, your missions are:

• Meet with our customers, ask questions and understand their requirements, technical process and biggest challenges,
• Conduct workshops, on-site visits and knowledge transfer to the customer,
• Lead FieldBox.ai and customer project Team to successfully deliver and implement the solution,
• Give impactful presentations of the results of the solution to customer stakeholders and potentially at conferences,
• Assess the benefits of the solution and identify improvements, new functionalities, risks and eliminate blockers,
• Contribute to deliver the project on time, on purpose and at costs.

PROFILE

We are looking for talents with diploma in Engineering or Sciences, and with the following skills or experience:

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to ask questions and understand multiple points of view,
• Successful first experience in a similar position,
• Familiarity with industrial project management,
• Exposition to programming languages such as Python or SQL, or willingness to develop these technical skills,
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and writing skills in English and in another language,
• Willing to learn and challenge yourself and our customers, with the ability to adapt to different work environments and Team dynamics to teach and lead,
• The position may require some travelling,
• Flexibility is offered in the organisation of your working hours,

Candidates with the following experience will be considered in priority.

• Experience as a consultant at a client,
• Exposure to industrial engineering and/or industrial data.

Singapore citizens or Permanent Resident strongly preferred.

COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS

• Salary ranges between 4 500S$ - 6 500S$ per month,
