The position

Job description

FAIRLY MADE® is a climate tech and mission-driven company whose aim is to improve the impact of the textile and leather industry. Our B2B 360° Impact SaaS Platform enables Fashion brands to trace their value chain, measure the impact of their product and communicate to their final clients.

More than 100 brands are now using Fairly Made (LVMH, Ganni, SMCP, Rossignol, etc.).

Our product is strongly linked to regulations, and the company aims to develop internationally. Given the large volume of regulations to come at a European and international level, we want to strengthen our level of expertise and influence in these new territories.

Your mission

You’ll work within the Business Development team and report to the Chief Sales Officer. Your job will be to convince forward-thinking fashion companies to adopt Fairly Made’s platform for traceability, LCA, and product passports.

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and handover

  • Identify key stakeholders (Sustainability Leads, Innovation, CSR, C-Suite) and nurture trusted relationships

  • Pitch and demo our platform in a consultative, value-driven way

  • Collaborate closely with product, legal, and impact teams to tailor solutions

  • Maintain clean reporting via HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)

  • Represent Fairly Made at key events (Innovation Forum, GFS, etc.) in the region

  • Build market feedback loops to support product evolution and marketing

  • Contribute to cross-team initiatives on process, playbooks, and regional expansion strategy

Benefits

  • 📈 Fast-growing scale-up: x3 sales growth in 1 year / team expanded from 3 to 60 people in 3 years / €5m fund-raising in 2022 and international expansion;

  • 🤝 A 360° view of the company’s development: your opinion and involvement will always be welcome on related subjects;

  • 🌏 A meaningful mission: working together to make a positive impact in the textile industry

  • 🌟 A great working environment at La Caserne, in the heart of Paris.

  • 🚍 50% refund of transportation or Sustainable Mobility Package (Forfait mobilité durable)

  • 🏀 Sports benefits program with GymLib

Preferred experience

  • 3–6 years in a B2B SaaS or fashion-tech sales role, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients

  • Deep understanding of or strong curiosity for sustainability in fashion, ESG, or compliance topics

  • Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex stakeholder environments

  • Fluent English & French, German, Spanish or additional languages are a plus

  • Autonomous and hands-on, you’re not afraid to open doors, cold call, or hustle

  • Great storytelling and pitch skills in meetings, emails, and decks

  • Excited to join a fast-moving, mission-driven company

Recruitment process

  1. HR Interview with Delphine, HRBP

  2. Business case at home and restitution at La Caserne with Valerio, CSO

  3. Meeting with the Sales team
