The position

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to be responsible for coordinating our services while maintaining customer’s satisfaction. The Dispatcher may support in technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing local partners. The main task of dispatcher is to manage customers’ service requests and coordinate process between local and external teams.

To be successful dispatcher, you should demonstrate good communication, self-organizational and computer skills.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of new and ongoing hardware maintenance cases to ensure optimal service.
  • Requesting necessary information for case analysis (logs, photos, screenshots).
  • Ordering and monitoring spare parts orders.
  • Coordination and planning assignments between customers and technical team or local partners.
  • Replying to customer enquiries, status monitoring and proper documentation in ERP system in accordance with customers service level agreements.
  • Maintenance of service quality internally and externally.
  • Participation in first escalation stage for service relevant faults and issues.
  • Support and cooperation with local and international teams.
  • Case closure and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
