Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Communications and Investor Relations department as an International Graduate (V.I.E).

To support its expansion, Euronext is looking for a V.I.E Communications Officer to join the team from August 2025, for an initial period of 12 months, in Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of Content and Brand Management.

You will be primarily responsible for:

The Communications officer will support the Brand & Content and Internal Communications team in rolling-out various activities at Group level:

Brand & Content

• Assist in the development and launch of communications campaigns (print and digital): develop different types of content (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaise with our design agency

• Ensure consistency of brand in Euronext Securities Copenhagen and act as local referent on brand group guidelines

• Support rebranding and brand projects at Group level

• Support brand guidelines updates

• Regular updating of the website connected to brand activities. Help optimise website content and coordinate with local marketing team

Internal comms

• Support the execution of Euronext's internal communication strategy, in line with the organisation's global communication strategy and plans.

• Organisation of local internal communications activities

• Support with the organisation of photoshoots/special projects with internal colleagues or external stakeholders

• Work seamlessly with the broader communications team to ensure consistency of messaging across all businesses within the group

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, in particular Communications and HR, to define and execute a robust and innovative internal communications, aligned to the wider business strategy

• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of local internal communications mediums, such as intranet content and internal messages

• Track local internal communications budget

Your profile:

• Previous significant experience in a Communications role managing international projects

• Expert written and verbal communication skills

• Familiar with SharePoint and Microsoft 365

• Ability to form and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Autonomous and pro-active in suggesting new ideas

• Creativity to deliver effective communication campaigns

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

• Teamwork attitude and proactive approach

• Excellent oral and written skills in English. Other European language would be a plus, in particular Danish.
