Job description

Your role…

⭐️Build a strong relationship with our customers. You’re in charge of their on-boarding (everyone knows how important the first impression is) and you ensure a proper follow up. Your goal is simple : ensure their satisfaction and loyalty thanks to a perfect experience on the app. ⭐️

Your missions…

As an early joiner, you have a large palette of missions.

  • Understand perfectly our customers’ needs and their captable
  • Set up the tool and train the users (HR, Legal, CFO, lawyers…)
  • Answer the day to day questions of the users
  • Take care of our portfolio of customers thanks to key metrics
  • Help to build the product. You are the customers’ voice!
  • Assist the head of customer success to scale the processes

Preferred experience

This job is tailored for you if…

  • You have 1-2 yrs of experience in Saas B2B in contact with customers
  • You are familiar with start up environment
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You have an ability to engage in complex conversations with C-Level contacts (CEO, CFO, HR Director)
  • You master a discovery phase and product demands and you love the experience of putting yourself in someone else’s shoes
  • You’re able to work on several projects at the same time while being as minutious as ants are.
  • You are a good speaker and you’re said to be a good teacher as well

Recruitment process

☎️ Screening: 15 min call to answer your first questions and help you figure out if Equify is for you.

🤩 On-site meeting for about 1 hour and half at our offices to get to know each other, tell you more about Equify, and understand your motivations and ambition with the head of CSM and the CEO.

✅ Ref checks: We conduct 2-3 ref checks from your previous experiences. This way we can better understand you and prepare your arrival from people who spent more time with you than we have.
