👫 About the team

Our Finance team is the go-to team for all things finance related at Equativ, including very operational topics. The team is composed of a FP&A team, an Accounting team, a US Finance team and a Finance Ops team.

In the context of continuous growth of the Group, we are reinforcing the team by adding a Procurement team to reinforce our controls on external spends

✏️ What you'll do

The primary responsibility of this role will be to improve our purchasing processes, structure them and improve our ROI on external spends that way. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal customers are satisfied in terms of cost, quality, deadlines, and service level agreements from suppliers. This includes developing and executing strategies to source and negotiate software contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that the company gets the best possible value for its software purchases.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and IT purchasing skills. They will also be able to liaise with very senior stakeholders at the group level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy and action plan for the software scope with a focus on leased servers and partially cloud by analyzing the needs of internal clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to source and negotiate software contracts
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure that the company gets the best possible value for its software purchases
  • Liaise with group-level senior and director stakeholders
  • 💪 About you

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software procurement
  • Strong understanding of purchasing, cloud services, and IT software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent english, both written and orally, is mandatory
