At Equativ, each employee has a quarterly performance review to provide useful feedback about job performance and to contribute to professional development. Each department has its own career path to provide a clear and transparent vision of the perspectives of evolution.
There are several ways to evolve at Equativ: a collaborator can either get promoted within their department, evolve in another department, or get the opportunity to be relocated to one of our international offices. We also highly invest in our apprentices and interns and most of our internships/apprenticeships positions are hireable.

From Paris to NYC in 2 years: how time flies ! I joined the company in November 2020 for a 2-year apprenticeship contract as a Junior HR Specialist. With very little experience, it was an opportunity to learn the basics of HR and to build my skills in Payroll and Administration (onboarding, benefits management, etc.). However, Equativ being a challenging, innovative, and dynamic company by nature, my missions quickly evolved: training management, HR data, D&I, Values revamp... So much so that very quickly, I was offered the position of People Specialist Americas to become the point of contact for the NYC, Sao Paulo & Mexico Offices. The little extra? A position based in New York just at the end of my work-study contract! I obviously said yes to the challenge, for the company, for the culture but also for all the passionate and caring people I work with on a daily basis !
