As a People Experience Associate, reporting to Azéline, Senior People Manager, you’ll play a central role in making our work environment more engaging, efficient, and inclusive. From onboarding and learning to sustainability and office life, your mission is to help us build a workplace where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow.
Key responsibilities ✏️
Employee Experience:
- Onboarding: Lead and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program to ensure a smooth, engaging experience.
- Learning & Development: Manage our learning platform and lead our quarterly campaigns, assist in the coordination of training programs, compile and analyze learning data.
- HR Dashboard: Prepare monthly dashboards to share key HR insights with employees and investors.
- Pulse Surveys & Engagement: Assist in analyzing feedback and support local HR with engagement campaign materials.
- CSR & Sustainability: Drive Green Stream initiatives, including carbon footprint assessments, educational content, and awareness events.
People Operations:
Pre-onboarding :
- you will be in charge of preparing all necessary steps prior to the employees’ first day in the France region
- Ensure our HRIS and Employees’ files are up to date prior on their first day
- Edit employment contracts for permanent employees and students
- Manage all local declarations/registrations such as DPAE, Occupational Health & Safety or health insurance as an example.
- Be the HR point of contact of the New Hire
- When relevant, coordinate immigration procedures with our immigration lawyer
Contractor Management:
- Ensure correct management of all Contractors into our HRIS, making sure we respect internal processes in coordination with our legal and IT team.
Office Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all local employees regarding office-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and supportive work environment.
- Act as the liaison between local teams and Global HR for onboarding coordination and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and small hardware needs in collaboration with HQ, ensuring efficient inventory tracking and timely procurement.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the logistical aspects of local events—including webinars, breakfast meetings, and team-building activities—to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with local safety and security policies, and support the implementation of workplace health & safety standards.
About you 💪
- You have a Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university, with a specialization in human resources and/or labor law
- You have a significant experience in a HR generalist function
- You have already demonstrated excellent ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing (in French and English) and to evolve in a dynamic environment.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Google suite, particularly Excel & Google sheet
- You are rigorous and organized
- You are autonomous, adaptable and have a sense of priorities
- You wish to evolve in an international, multicultural environment, within a company culture focused on the well-being of employees
- You are not afraid to shake the existing for better
