Job description

The University is divided into 2 different branches : one for our Employees and the other for our Customers. 

For Employees, we intend to help them grow within the company by offering the best learning experiences on Technical and Business Acumen acquisition. The world of AdTech is moving fast and so is our company. We therefore need to make sure everyone has a good understanding of our products, our market, our clients and our challenges.

For Customers : We are providing both managed & self-service products to our customers. Therefore, if we want to offer them the best service ever, the journey starts with mastering the usage of our products, so they can use them autonomously.

The University initiative has been launched recently and the team is growing !

In this context, we are looking for a Learning Operations Specialist (Training coordinator) who will support our learners around the world and the University team with the following tasks :

Daily administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)_CSOD

  • Create events and sessions and send the invites to learners
  • Manage registrations and the list of attendees / waiting list management included
  • Coordinate with experts to set up the sessions & manage the delivery
  • Track attendance & no-shows
  • Manage a curriculum end to end : manage pre-requisites,progression & certifications or badges
  • Be the first point of contact for learners

    • Content Designers support :

  • Video edition (recordings of virtual sessions / presentations…) to be uploaded in the platform
  • Manage the satisfaction surveys and organize a feedback loop
  • Upload various digital resources into the LMS
  • Perform tests (users & admin.) in the platform before launching any project

    • If you are also interested in learning about content design learning packages, (instructional design) we would be happy to support you on this journey, and adapt your missions.

    Profile/Skills needed for the position:

  • Planning / Project Management: ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Problem-solving, solution oriented
  • At ease with change and implementing new ways of working : processes, automation etc…
  • At ease with figures and dashboards 
  • Strong collaboration mindset: you will work with a team of Content Designers, with the communication team and with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME), and need to be comfortable connecting and collaborating with others
  • Confidence with technology and agile environments
  • Fluent in both English and French
