A dynamic and connected team that allows the group to develop using the most advanced techniques and tools in the world of events, digital, web and community management. This Team Community is the group's response to recruitment challenges, through the use of all channels, such as managing relationships with business and engineering schools, participating in specialized trade shows, being present on social networks and producing content, monitoring our many applications and leading the relationship with our candidates.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Business Development Team to deeply understand our hiring needs and business priorities in the German market
You will create sourcing strategies and best practices (including market research, market trends, industry trends, company mapping, talent insights, etc.)
You will build and manage talent networks by creating talent pipelines for the existing and future hiring needs using all available talent sources as well as researching, testing, and evaluating new tools on a regular basis
You will track relevant data during your recruiting efforts towards your pipeline activity and share key results regularly with the internal stakeholders
You constantly strive for improvement, e.g. by challenging and optimizing our sourcing process, increasing efficiency, or proposing innovative approaches
You collaborate with our community team on strategic nurturing efforts and help to execute them

You have a hands-on mentality and great team spirit, but you can easily work independently and in a structured and goal-oriented way
Ideally you already gained hands-on experience with sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social platforms
Fluent in German and English is mandatory, any other language is a plus
