KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will integrate the international HR development team, which is composed of 3 people and has several missions:
Reporting to the head of HR group development, you will be specifically in charge of :
Edenstep :
o Recruitment (around 15 per year)
o follow-up and rotation during the 24 months of program
o Induction & Seminar organization
o retentions of our graduates each year
Recruitment & Employer Brands :
o Management of V.I.E recruitments within the group ( around 15 per year)
o Campus fair & local actions to enhance our visibility towards graduates students
o Induction : support of the learning& development manager during the international inductions sessions
Tranversal actions : support the coordination and organization of HR calls with our global HR community coordination and formalization of the HR/CSR department presentations for key group instance ( Top Management, Executive Comitee)
Depending of the department activity, you might be jump in on others projects.

Group Compensation & Benefits team
HR team for headquarters
Group CSR team
Group Communication teams
Group Finance team
Marketing & Strategy team
External stakeholders :
o HR professional organizations events, consistent with your responsibilities
o Digital ecosystem : digital universities, HR & digital influencers, social media (HR new trends), etc.
o Various external providers : Business schools, training consultants, events
REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS
Working experience: Student in HR, with ideally a first experience in international HR Proejcts.
Education: master degree in Business school or HR.
Demonstrating:
Languages: French & English fluent. A third language (Spanish, Portuguese) would be a plus.
Proficiency in the use of Powerpoint and Excel.

Location: Group headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Paris area, France
Business travels: occasionally
