What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lead QA Analyst to join our Patient Relationship Management tech organization in Berlin. In this role, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Becoming a subject
    -matter expert in the scope of one or more feature teams; you will collaborate with one or more teams in your Domain, as well as with engineering leaders, product, and design teams;
  • Be the user champion and ensure the best experience for our users by challenging product specifications;
  • Defining test strategy during project planning and development in relation with product managers and engineers;
  • Ensuring that the feature team has a common understanding of how to guarantee highest standards of quality;
  • Take the lead on initiatives to reduce bug injection and facilitate defect investigations (exploratory testing, dialogue with tech support teams...).

  • You have experience in setting QA processes and strategies from scratch in a complex tech
    -product environment
