The position

Job description

Ensuring that business requirements are signed-off and translated into technical requirements.
You can imagine this rough split for your responsibilities:

  • 70% Technical Writing
    • Sign off Business requirements
  • 15% Writing/Describing tests and overseeing the QA Process
    • Sign off Releases
  • 15% Monitoring the progress of tickets up to their completion and release.

  • Degree in a STEM major (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
  • Experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Comfortable taking initiative to bring people together to clarify details.
  • Enthusiastic to ask the uncomfortable questions.
  • Eager for details.
  • Positive can-do and hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Team player: you believe that sharing your knowledge and helping hand is caring for your colleagues and our business
  • You proactively manage expectations and you believe that communication is key in doing so
  • proactive, independent, and agile workflows are what your heart beats for
  • You don’t shy away to pitch and convince with important stakeholders
