Alexandre is a Functional Product Owner at Docebo. After graduating with an engineering degree in Software Engineering at INSA Rouen Normandie, he joined the company as a Developer Intern in 2017. He then grew in his career to be Full-stack Developer, a Lead Developer, and now a Functional Product Owner.
Alexandre works in close collaboration with developers to design and implement many functionalities for Docebo's Product Suite. His main objective is to provide to the different products a set of essential services to build on.
When he's not working (or when team building), he likes to play all kinds of games: board games, video games and even role playing games.
Gennaro was a postdoctoral researcher (a pure math PhD) when he took a strong interest in statistical learning and python programming. After that, he turned his passion into a job and worked as a data scientist in consulting in Italy and in the UK. In January 2020, he decided to join the Docebo AI team.
Gennaro works on the design and implementation of the machine learning models behind Docebo’s AI capabilities. He devotes most of his time to improving the platform’s content suggestion algorithm, and to research & development in other areas, such as natural language understanding and computer vision.
In his spare time, Gennaro enjoys biking and learning languages.
Eleonora started at Docebo in late 2019. She joined as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist and is now a Data Scientist. Before that, she spent 10 years refining her analytical skills working in the energy sector.
As a Data Scientist, she has been involved in the development of a new Docebo product focused on data and learning analytics. She is engaged in the definition of learning metrics and KPIs to support the customers to better understand the status of their company's learning culture and to help lead its growth.
In her spare time, Eleonora enjoys hiking, skiing and going to theater and cinema.
Laura is a Technical Support Analyst and graduated from Heidelberg Universität. She worked in several customer support positions in information and communications technology, smart devices and television companies.
At Docebo, Laura supports customers with a widespread range of requests, from “how to use” to configuration assistance. She also performs preliminary tests and troubleshooting for potential bugs. She helps customers take full advantage of their Docebo Learning Suite in order to reach their organizational goals.
In her free time, Laura enjoys taking her bike to ride around the city and discover new places to eat with friends.
Thuy is a Deal Desk Analyst at Docebo. After graduating from College of Alameda, University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Maastricht University, she worked in sales for 5 years before joining Docebo.
As a critical member of the Sales team, she supports the organization by structuring deals, making sure approvals are in, and finalizing contracts so they are ready to be signed by the customer.
