The position

Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier Quality & Relationship Administrator.

Job purpose:

The Supplier Quality & Relationship Associate plays a vital role in supporting Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities. This position involves coordinating supplier audits, managing data, reporting, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. The goal is to optimize supplier quality, enhance relationships, and ensure efficient supplier management processes, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Management:

  • Provide support in the preparation and reporting activities of global audits at supplier sites.
  • Assist in manual data upload and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain the SQM dashboard, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the maintenance of the supplier quality questionnaire.

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Assist in the second wave of supplier segmentation, contributing to the supplier relationship management strategy.
  • Support Supplier Relationship Management Training initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for conducting the Voice of the Supplier Survey.
  • Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of supplier data in the supplier relationship management systems.
  • Prepare presentations for various management levels.
  • Identify potential improvements to enhance the supplier selection process and manage new supplier inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Work experience in international company (in Supplier Quality or Supplier Management would be a great plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in supplier management.
