Great Team
Hi, my name is Lucia Svihalkova and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2012, when I took a role as Hosting Service Owner in the Hosting Services team. Gaining more hands-on experience with HW support has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Infrastructure Support team. In 2020, I moved to a management role, being Manager of HW/OS Support. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Cost Recovery and Cost Sustainability of our Services. Looking forward to having you onboard!
These companies are also recruiting for the position of “IT Support and Services”.
