About the role:

DHL is hiring a Manager of Team. This technical leadership position is primarily responsible for End to End ownership of services in Digital workspace with build projects, infrastructure migrations and technology refresh projects. The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum 10 years of Desktop Support experience in Windows-based environment in application packaging, provisioning, deployment and patching Enterprise workspace.

Your tasks:

• Managing:

- Team supporting MeM\Intune\Config Mgr in a large Enterprise environment.    - Team supporting M365 rollout, packaging and provisioning applications and its standardization.    - Stake holder management and assist business colleagues with a “Can do” attitude and best in class service.    - Change requests to production environment while minimizing impact to Production environment and IT infrastructure.    - Internal projects focused on hardware infrastructure improvement with related activities such as project planning, resource planning and reporting. Follow ITS processes and procedures.    - Change requests to production environment, responsible for quality of documents and minimal adverse effect to business, coordination within Digital Enablement organization.    - Sign off of Operations Acceptance Testing (OAT) for managed projects to ensure environment released to production has been delivered according to ITS standards and is fully supportable.    - Consultancy and guidance on infrastructure deliverables, infrastructure standards and related service management processes and procedures.    - Team for multiple specific projects on behalf of Digital workspace Services.    - Teams to develop and implement solutions to problems. Ensure all solutions implemented follow ITS standards.

• Understand the talent needs of the team and develop people who can meet those needs, act as mentor and consultant for junior team members.
• Influence and persuade others to take a specific course of action.
• Make decisions, prioritize, and check progress against targets. Break down course of action into smaller steps and planning and resourcing.
• Provide risk and impact analysis and CAB approval of hardware infrastructure related requests for change in “Approval in Principal” or “Approval for Implementation”.
• Review existing practices and procedures to identify areas for improvement and automation, suggest solutions and negotiate with all impacted parties to achieve successful implementation.

You should have:

• Excellent knowledge to build MeM\Intune\Config Mgr environment and have upgrades to be compliant
• Manage coordination with Local IT to improve compliancy.
• Knowledge Management and documentation
• Incident and Problem ticket analysis and trend analysis
• Document technical process and procedures in a clear and understandable manner
• Liaison/Knowledge transfer between GPWS\NGWS services and Service Desk\Country IT
• Manage request for Change
• ITIL Foundation knowledge or Certification
• Excellent knowledge in managing teams handling MeM\Intune\Config Mgr Infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge of English Language (both spoken and written)
• Prince 2 Certification (or PMP)
• University degree in computing/technical/math/science
• Leadership capability to drive and motivate teams to meet project deliverables
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
