To meet this objective, we are building a Network Access Control team tasked with addressing one of the most significant challenges in contemporary security - consolidating and interpreting data from various systems. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Python programming, experience with version control software (preferably Git)
• Comprehensive knowledge of at least one Linux distribution
• Advanced understanding of data analytics and reporting
• Interest in learning Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Forescout), Firewalling/Micro-segmentation principles, and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, etc.)
• Experience with MySQL and Redis is considered a plus
• Practical experience with the CI part of CI/CD, particularly in code testing (e.g., unittest, pytest) is considered a plus
• Experience in developing microservices using Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift is considered a plus
• Capability to work independently under time constraints and high workload pressure
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organization skills
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English

Hello there, my name is Jan, and I'm the Manager of the Network Access Control team. I joined DHL IT Services in 2013, starting my career in a junior role within the Cyber Defense Center team. Eager for more hands-on experience with network security devices, I made the transition to the team tasked with their maintenance and configuration. After three years, I earned a promotion to a regional manager position. Recently, I moved from the role of Operations Manager to become a new E2E Team Manager. In my current role, I'm building a team for the implementation of a comprehensive Network Access Control solution aimed at enhancing security and compliance for the DHL Group, all while ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. I'm excited about working on this solution with you!
