• Our Commissioning Services team is looking for a new team member. You will manage setup of physical HW and virtual servers up to OS level. You will also manage door-to-floor HW delivery to Data Center (servers/racks). YOUR WORK:
• Managing door-to-floor HW delivery to DC (servers/racks), 3rd party vendor management
• Managing HW upgrades/downgrades
• Troubleshooting issues if they appear
• Risk and Impact assessment for infrastructure changes
• DC capacity analysis, planning and reporting
• Coaching HW requestors

• 4+ years IT experience
• Strong knowledge of server HW (HP / HUAWEI), network, systems
• Ability to compare technical requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities as required under tight timeframes
• Knowledge of ITIL is advantage
• IT System and/or database optimization experience is big plus
