Devialet is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Media Manager to join the marketing & brand team in our Paris Office. This individual will be responsible for running Devialet’s global paid media efforts, leading our media agencies and working closing with brand content and social team to develop and scale our ambitious business goals.
This role requires an excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategy, leading awareness & performance marketing budget, ensuring every aspect of media planning, performance management, as well as developing advanced reporting to deliver growth and revenue across self-serve and sales channels.
This role also requires hands-on campaign management.
Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer (and interacting with the global team in Paris), your missions will be :
Lead and scale media partners to orchestrate Devialet’s media investment globally, for the brand as well as our different products.
Elaborate creative media partnerships and brand building campaign if relevant
Elaborate effective traffic generation, consideration and conversion plans, using relevant paid addressable platforms such as programmatic, mobile, video, social, search and shopping.
Ensure productive exchange with the creative team, identifying best practices, insights and trends within the channels.
Critical judgement of paid KPIs and seek constant improvement and optimization of our buys.
Provide thought leadership on channel & audience strategies by bringing industry capabilities and best practices forward.
Understanding of tech-based buying & optimization tools to manage current and future buying models.
Support the evolution of paid media e-commerce practices (Amazon DSP, TMall, JD.com advertising, livestreaming) with a continued understanding of the evolving landscape and media channels.
Monthly reporting and in-depth analysis of campaign results to share with the global marketing and sales team (including revenues and costs).
Design and review advertising budgets in collaboration with the Chief Brand Officer, to align with marketing and sales objectives.
Work with the CRM and E-com team to develop first-party > third party strategies (audience identifications & retargeting mechanisms).
Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals.
Prepare special branding operations, whilst ensuring ongoing communication and e-com offers are always delivered at a high standard.
Manage appointed media partners.
Ensure a cohesive messaging across campaigns.
Build long-term relationships with publishers and media influencers to promote our brand.
Manage billing administration and regular P&L reviews with local markets.
7+ years of media planning, traffic management and strategic media assessments ; in a media agency or in-house for a premium / luxury brand.
Excellent knowledge of different types of media channels / advertising platforms, with an international knowledge.
Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns.
Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GA, ..) and advertising tools (Facebook manager, Google adwords, Amazon AMS / DSP, .. )
Experience with budget planning and KPIs definition.
