Your contribution to our success

 

  1. Oversee the administration and operations of alternative investment funds.
  2. Ensure the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and complex consolidations, including liaison and support of the audit process.
  3. Ensure compliance with all aspects of fund governance, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  4. Manage investor onboarding, transaction processing and reporting throughout the investor life cycle.
  5. Draft/maintain policies and procedures and implement changes and updates to ensure they are kept in line with best market practice, available technology and SOC I controls.
  6. Demonstrate strong management skills and the ability to coach and develop team members.

 

 


Preferred experience

Profile description:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund administration
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, NAV calculations, and investor reporting
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD and CSSF UCIA
  • Proficiency in fund accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, Allvue, eFront)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
  • Background in real estate investments and expertise in fund consolidation, IFRS, and INREV reporting is a plus
