The Sr Compensation Manager role will report directly to the VP of Total Rewards (located in FR) and will be a key contributor to the Global Total Rewards Team. The Sr Compensation Manager will support day-to-day activities and quarterly and annual Compensation processes independently or in collaboration with the team.

What you'll need to be successful #LI-Hybrid

  • 6+ years’ experience in Compensation

  • Proficiency with Google suite tools and Microsoft Excel (In Excel / Google Sheet we trust!)

  • Analytical skills, capacity to drive recommendations

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work within ambiguity and execute according to project plans with a high level of attention to detail

  • Challenge the status quo!

  • Experience working in a Start-up/Scale-up environment

How you'll make an impact

Business As Usual:

  • Develop benchmarking analysis compiling market analyses

  • Provide advice and recommendations to managers, People Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Team

  • Partner with People Operations, People Systems, Payroll, and Finance to ensure the smooth rollout of compensation programs

Quarterly :

  • Provide input relating to compensation workstream in TR projects (compensation training, communication on Total Rewards-related matters)

  • Own the quarterly bonus payout process autonomously. Ensure approval/control and timeline for payroll

  • Create and maintain process documentation

Annual:

  • Manage compensation surveys. Compiles and submits data

  • Provide analysis and recommendations supporting the review/creation of compensation ranges across multiple geos

  • Assist the Total Rewards Team in the annual compensation review cycle (from design, training to implementation in payroll)

  • Develop tools/training/documentation related to compensation
