With its end-to-end platform, Dataiku is allowing enterprises to create value with their data in a human-centered way while breaking down silos and encouraging collaboration.
One of the most unique characteristics of their product, Data Science Studio (DSS), is the breadth of its scope and the fact that it caters both to technical and non-technical users. Through DSS, they aim to empower people through data and democratize data science.
And they’re growing fast! In 2019, they achieved unicorn status, went from 200 to 400 people and opened new offices across the globe. 2020 looks no different as they announced a $100 million Series D in August!
At this company no two days are alike but one thing never changed: Dataiku’s unique culture described by “Dataikers” themselves as open, fun and friendly!
Dataiku values people with different backgrounds and experiences. They’re proud of the culture they’ve built and are looking for sharp, knowledge-hungry, and vivacious doers to join the adventure.
Dataiku is growing and looking for new employees to join the adventure globally in every team (Data Scientist, R&D, Sales, Presales, Marketing, HR, Talent,...).
Cool stuff to know about Dataiku:
- Dataiku invests a lot in its employees and it usually starts right from the beginning with a great onboarding week in Paris (for all global new hires) traditionally ending with an “After Data” party in the office. The orientation week has now gone digital but every effort has been made so that new Dataikers keep enjoying their first week!
- Dataiku created its own “for good” program called Ikig.AI and it allows all employees to use some of their time to contribute to projects they care about (The Ocean Cleanup, Action Against Hunger, Girls in Tech...)
- Remote work, office work or both: Dataikers can choose the option that suits them best until the end of 2020. For sure, many of them are missing Dataiku’s nice offices with fully-stocked kitchen, gaming areas and geeky design but many things are done (ie personalized gifts delivered at home or zoom afterwork drinks with a magician) to keep the office spirit alive!
