We are looking for a driven, talented, and experienced Sales Enablement Coordinator Intern to join our Sales Enablement team, someone who is comfortable with problem-solving, managing global tasks, strong execution, and analytically minded. In this role, you will meet deadlines and communicate effectively with the operations team to keep the Sales Enablement vision on track.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, automating, and executing projects like scheduling and managing admin of training, notifying sales teams of pre-work and follow-up work, managing registrations for new hires, coordinating and booking venues with vendors, etc... You will be accountable for all related activities beyond “just reports & coordination.”

Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Strong, independent, detail-oriented project management of sales enablement training
  • Ownership of scheduling, notifications, tracking, and administration of training
  • Liaise with other departments to assist them in managing their training schedule through enablement
  • Working with other support teams to achieve objectives
  • Document processes and suggest areas of process improvement opportunities (eg. use Dataiku for automation and reporting)
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as required and conduct any required ad hoc analysis
