We are searching for a dedicated and creative L&D Manager specialized managerial community management. As the Learning experience manager, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs specifically tailored for managers, creating brand new training paths, innovative content design, and community management, ensuring the growth and success of all Dataiku’s managers.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Manager Program:

  • Spearhead the development of specialized learning programs for for managers, aligning them with industry best practices and company objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific skill requirements and design targeted learning experiences for managers at all levels

2. Training Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful training materials, including interactive modules, workshops, and resources
  • Ensure that the content reflects the latest industry trends and advancements in the field

3. Training Delivery and Facilitation:

  • Coordinate the delivery of specialized training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and high engagement among participants
  • Coach and guide eternal trainers if necessary to effectively deliver content in accordance to our company culture

4. Learning Community Building:

  • Foster a vibrant learning community of managers where they can grow their managerial skills, learn from one another, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional networking

5. Learning Impact Assessment:

  • Establish metrics to evaluate the impact of training programs on the development and performance of our community of managers
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on content design, animation, and community management
  • Coaching certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific tools, software, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor managers
  • Experience in designing and delivering engaging training content and workshops
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure the impact of learning initiatives
