Job description

At Dataiku, we're not just adapting to the AI revolution, we're leading it. Since our beginning in Paris in 2013, we've been pioneering the future of AI with a platform that makes data actionable and accessible. With over 1,000 teammates across 25 countries and backed by a renowned set of investors, we're the architects of Everyday AI, enabling data experts and domain experts to work together to build AI into their daily operations, from advanced analytics to Generative AI.

This position will support the implementation of a new People Development Strategy and organization through taking part in the coordination, delivery, and analysis of learning & talent development initiatives:

  • Contribute to the revamp of Dataiku's global people development offering, including talent management processes and career management.

  • Take part in the implementation of new processes and tools.

  • Schedule learning events and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders (internal communication, facilitators, materials etc.), both globally and regionally.

  • Manage learning programs, participants, and communications through our LMS (Mindtickle).

  • Be occasionally involved as a presenter for internal events.

  • Track and report metrics in line with our team strategy to measure success and overall impact.
