Job description

Missions

Within the product team, and under the responsibility of the Head of Product, you oversee our sales prediction and sales analytics product line. This newly launched module uses machine learning to understand the sales drivers and build sales estimations.

As product owner on this brick, you are in charge of the following missions:

Build the product backlog and contribute to the product vision

  • Identify, collect, and analyze needs, internally and with customers
  • Monitor competition and market developments
  • Prioritize features and evolutions
  • Manage the product backlog

Design new features

  • Work closely with developer and data analysts to find the best solutions
  • Challenge ideas with customers and collect their feedback
  • Write user stories
  • Participate in the design of mockups and models with the UX designer

Follow up on projects until delivery

  • Represent the product vision at agile ceremonies (daily, grooming, planning, review, retro)
  • Follow-up the sprints and make sure that deadlines and functional scope are respected
  • Participate in the definition of acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT with the QA team

Be the internal referent on your functional perimeter

  • Present new products to internal teams and provide training
  • Respond to questions from Customer Success, Support and Sales teams
  • Prioritize reports of anomalies

Preferred experience

Profile

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as Product Owner on a B2B SaaS tool
  • Previous experience in machine learning and data analytics
  • Knowledge of Amazon or other pure players is a plus
  • A CSPO/PSO certification is a plus
  • Excellent level of English (international teams and clients)
  • Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback)
