The position

Job description

What will you be doing :
We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to work alongside our HR Manager. You will be working on the following :

  • Writing job adverts in collaboration with the various managers
  • Posting adverts on websites and job-boards
  • Sourcing through LinkedIn and other sites
  • Sorting through CVs
  • Carrying out initial screening calls
  • Organising and following up on interviews
  • Feeding back to candidates who have not been retained
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new colleagues (admin, equipment, induction ….)
  • Developing a talent pool of candidates
  • Potentially assisting with the choice and set up of a digital recruitment tool
  • Organising and participating in school forums and events
  • Preparing weekly reporting figures
  • Assisting the HR manager with the daily management of the Data Impact offices

Preferred experience

This role is for you if :

  • You have 1 year experience in a similar role (recruitment agency or company)
  • You have an excellent level in written and spoken English AND French
  • You are renowned for your communication and relationship skills – you will be spending a lot of time exchanging with candidates, managers and team colleagues
  • Microsoft Package in particular Excel (advanced functions) and PPT hold no secrets for you 😊
  • You are a people-person and like working in a team
  • You are curious, lively, proactive and structured
  • You would like to know more about IT roles
  • You love to laugh and have fun despite the stresses of the job 😊
