Role description:
These are very exciting times for Data Impact’s Marketing team!
Why? The company keeps growing and continues its international expansion. This brings new challenges but also new opportunities. We need to improve our process and that’s why we’re looking to reinforce our team with a new Marketing Project Manager.

What would you do?
You would jump right in and take over some existing projects as well as supervise the creation of new ones. It would be your job to put things into movement and supervise projects to make sure that deadlines are met.

Your responsibilities would include: :
Taking over our current webinar & event programs (people and planning skills needed)
Being the main point of contact between Marketing and Sales, Customer Success Management and Product teams (strong communication skills needed)
Working on our client and marketing newsletters and being in charge of our marketing automation project (tech savviness needed)
Developing and managing our market index creation project (strong analytical skills needed)
Improving our SEO performance (SEO expertise needed)
Working closely with other team members on coordinating projects that need your support or an extra hand (soft skills needed) and other marketing projects that would suit your skills!

Tools that we use daily: Gsuite, Slack, Plezi, SEMrush, Canva, Moqups, Google analytics, Wordpress, etc.

We’re a tech data analytics company, therefore most things are transferred into numbers at the end of the day. Being at ease with numbers and being able to analyze your work is essential for our team.

  • are focused on the big picture but also pay great attention to detail
  • excel in multitasking and are extremely organized
  • enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • are fluent or native in both English and French
  • are open-minded and you like to have fun at work
  • enjoy working in tech and are not afraid of Excel and numbers
  • have analytical skills and a knowledge of SEO
  • have at least 3 years experience in a similar position managing marketing projects and campaigns
