About the role

We are currently looking for a VP Human Resources to lead our team and strategy regarding talent acquisition, talent management and culture.   The ideal candidate will have a significant impact within our organization, collaborating with the management team.  

The scope of responsibilities of the VP Human Resources will be everything ranging from enabling the future of our organization to happen, manage and help our talent grow, ensure we have the best culture and drive all compensation related decisions. This role serves as the primary evangelist of our culture, working directly with our most important asset, our employees.

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • You will drive, develop and  deliver a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that integrates and closely aligns with our business strategy and ambitious growth targets. Your responsibilities will be to :
  • Manage and provide strategic direction our HR organization  
  • Manage, lead and scale our human resource team
  • Be a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the management team and collaborate with them to define the organisation's long-term mission and goals
  • Identify performance indicators to track the success and evolution of the human resources organization and ensure constant performance and competitiveness versus market peers
  • Drive talent acquisition
  • Lead and manage all talent acquisition efforts, strategizing compelling ways to share, clarify, and build affinity for our value proposition in a competitive talent market
  • Build a scalable talent acquisition machine to acquire the best talent and develop a sustainable pipeline of talent
  • Draft and manage the organization staffing and human resources budget 
  • Enable Critizr to attract, hire and retain top-quality employees with competitive salary, benefits and employee incentives programs
  • Identify performance indicators and targets for the talent acquisition team
  • Talent development & Culture
  • Introduce talent development strategy, programs, and offerings to foster employees continuous learning, development and recognition
  • Maintain a growth and performance oriented environment 
  • Strengthen our internal company culture by developing the right social connection events,  feedback mechanisms  and collaboration between employees, management across our three offices
  • Review and manage our career progression structure with the right performance review, appraisals and promotions 
  • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.  Provide support to the admin team regarding employee related issues (e.g., compensation, benefits and employee policies).
  • What skills are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience leading a HR department at a SaaS company, through rapid growth while achieving operational excellence
  • Fluent French and English (mandatory)
  • Perfect knowledge of French labor law
  • Unafraid to roll-up sleeves, get it done and "lead from the front”. Holds servant leadership as a core value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges by aligning internal and external stakeholders on a common goal.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
