We are looking for our Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be part of our People Team and will manage the sourcing activity, recruitment cycle, participate in the employer branding, recruitment events and play a key part in our international growth with the best talents. The Talent Acquisition Specialist handles the active and passive recruitment, from job opening to closing while being our first voice for the best candidates.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

In this role, your fields of responsibility will be:

Recruitment & Sourcing:

- Developing advanced sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate list to Hiring Managers

- Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics

- Contribute to the Talent Pool of Critizr and nourish it with relevant profiles

- Publication of job posts and managing the recruitment cycle

- Partner with our Hiring Managers to understand their needs

- Obsessed with continuously improving both Hiring Manager and Candidate experience

- Candidate evaluation and closing with participation in the integration and onboarding

- Advice the hiring managers in the qualification needs and choice of candidates

- Monitor and analyze our performance indicators in recruitment and integration

- Continuously rethink and challenge your recruiting practices and processes

Employer Branding;

- Promote the Critizr brand and use creativity to attract talented and strong candidates

- Participate in the deployment of our communication strategy on social networks: LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor, etc.

- Be a key team member for the recruitment events, job fairs,  new partnerships in order to find the best talents 

School Relations

- Participate in the deployment of a school relations calendar in order to consolidate recruitment channels in a long-term perspective: direct contact with schools, follow-up of events and internal coordination

- Build a solid pipeline of future talents

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone with:

- 2+ years of recruitment & sourcing experience

-1+ years of relevant experience in Sales recruitment, Tech recruitment experience is a plus

- Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System

- High velocity environment experience is a plus

- Able to gather data-driven insights and leverage them

- High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
