About the role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be instrumental in helping to accelerate our growth in France.

You will support our sales organisation, with the aim to transition from strong growth (double digits) to hyper growth. To accomplish this, you’ll seek out and generate new business development opportunities.

As a Business Development Representative at Critizr, you will occupy a key and decisive position for growth within our organisation, overseeing a territory that consists of around 200 key accounts.

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Qualify and approach: You will be responsible for qualifying leads generated via marketing and for initiating prospect relationships.
  • Initiate relationships: You will be in charge of setting up the initial prospection meetings within your territory.
  • Outreach: You will maximise the use of email, LinkedIn and phone to engage prospects. 
  • Identify business challenges: You will work with our client targets to recognise potential client needs and determine opportunities for the account sales team to develop.
  • Harness our CRM: You will optimise your work by mastering our CRM tool (HubSpot).
  • Embody our company values: You will be the first link in the positioning of Critizr’s value proposition.
  • Be a BANT pro: You will qualify prospects and projects using BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline).
  • Engagement: You will take advantage of the numerous events and marketing opportunities to meet prospects.
  • Empower the sales team: You will support the sales team to individually and collectively meet and exceed their objectives.
  • Know our prospects: You will be responsible for identifying the decision-makers among our prospective clients, as well as understanding their needs and the challenges within their respective organisations.
  • Who will you be working with?

  • The SDR team is eager to welcome you to the team and help you hit the ground running at Critizr.
  • Laura and Aurelien on the marketing side will be ready to support you with content creation and messaging as part of their outbound campaign strategy.
  • Once integrated, you will collaborate continuously with our french sales team to offer them support and information on prospects.
  • What skills and background are we looking for?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • You are well-versed in digital culture
  • You are at ease in English (professional or bilingual level)
