Following a 7m€ seed fundraising, Collective is accelerating fast and is recruiting top performers to contribute to its growth and series A.

We are looking for 2 Account Executives who will report to the Head of Business Development, join the team (already 6 AEs in the team) and work hand in hand with the Marketing & Growth + Ops teams. As the team is growing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shape its structure!

Your mission is twofold: maximize retention and ensure the growth of your portfolio, targeting scale-ups and large accounts, our most important clients in France but abroad.

What you will do ⚡

Develop new clients (scale-ups & large accounts) for our portfolio:

  • Identify and qualify suitable prospects, both using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and leveraging your network

  • Develop personalized reach-out strategies to connect with the targeted persona

  • Be in charge of the entire sales cycle, from pipe generation and needs analysis to closing

Portfolio management: retain your key accounts by becoming their trusted advisor:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction during the whole process and missions

  • Build trustful & long-term relationships to foster the renewal of our collaborations, identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Turn your client into a champion that will introduce you to key other buying personas

As a key element in fast-growing business, being in direct contact with our customers and the market, we wish you to contribute to increase efficiency of our team by sharing ideas/ taking initiatives to:

  • Improve process (sales methodology, customer success) & tools with the Ops team

  • Share feedback on our product to our Product team

Preferred experience

  • You’ve at least 3 years of experience as a sales/ business developer

  • You’re familiar with the Tech/ Dev environment (big plus)

  • You’re fluent in French & in English (oral + written)

  • You are autonomous, proactive, analytical and very well-organized

  • You master the sales toolkit (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator…)

  • You love challenges and are excited of being part of a growing team of Sales to help Collective scale up (while being open to changes)

  • 20 min intro call to check fit / interest for Collective
  • 1h interview with our Head of Business Development (incl. 1 business case)
  • 1h30 on-site (45 min with our CEO & Co-founder + 45 min coffee with other team members)
