Job description

Part of Group Operations, the Group Operations Data Analyst is a dynamic and analytical professional responsible for supporting project improvement initiatives within Coface.

This role involves utilizing data visualization tools and process mining techniques to monitor and optimize processes and workflows, as well as creating informative dashboards to track performance metrics.

The candidate should Support the OPS leadership team and COO in creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint (both qualitative and quantitative) to communicate progress and initiatives at an executive level.

The candidate should have excellent business communications skills and the ability to be able to transform the findings from the data analysis into clear business terms for a clear decision basis

He/she plays a key role in driving efficiency, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring the organization operates at its highest potential.

MISSIONS :

1. Process Analysis and Evaluation:

- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing business processes using process mining techniques to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with teams to gather data and insights for process analysis.

- Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards for process performance assessment.

2. Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and track process performance using data-driven metrics and process mining tools.

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into process health.

- Alert stakeholders to potential issues and recommend corrective actions based on data analysis.

3. Data Visualization:

- Design and create visually compelling and informative data dashboards and reports (ie Global Operations Dashboard)

- Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.

- Collaborate with data analysts to improve data visualization techniques


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools Power BI to create visually appealing and impactful reports, mandatory requirement.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the financial service

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity with data modeling and database management concepts

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and quality.

  • Fluent in English (working language) and French
