Business process expert data (CDD)

Join our Group Risk Portfolio Monitoring Department as a Business Process Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that existing processes are up to date, producing and monitoring insights based on KPIs, improving existing processes and reports, collaborating with various teams, and supporting group and regional teams in using the tools and insights developed by GRPM. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, be business process oriented, have knowledge of credit insurance mechanisms and risk management methodology, and be proficient in business and data analysis tools.

The position

Job description

Within the Group Risk Portfolio Monitoring Department, attached to the team in charge of Group underwriting processes, tools and reporting, your main missions will be:

  • Ensure that the existing processes are up to date according to group business rules and risk monitoring plan.
  • Produce and monitored insights based on KPIs used for Risk Portfolio Monitoring.
  • Improve existing process and/or reports for better understanding and effective use.
  • Collaborate with different Group Underwriting Department teams (EIC analyst, risk underwriters, Claims analysts, etc.) to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with different Group Business Technology (BT) teams to manage the design and implementation of the relevant solutions according to business needs.
  • Support (assistance and training) Group and regional teams to use the tools and insights developed by GRPM.

Preferred experience

  • Analytical mind and result oriented mindset,
  • Business process oriented with good skills in process mapping and requirements formalization
  • knowledge of Credit Insurance mechanisms and/or risk management methodology will be highly appreciated
  • Mastery one or several business and data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Reliable and dynamic with good communication skills,
  • Having team spirit and professional curiosity while respecting the confidentiality of our activities and dynamism will be essential qualities,
  • Capacity of organization and rationalization,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • English required oral and written
