We are looking for a Project Owner who has at least three years of experience in IT Services or Web Agency. Applicants should have a track record of delivering complex projects, but should also have a thirst for learning and desire to work on innovative projects for clients around the world. As a Project Owner, you will lead our clients’ projects with the goal of making their platforms a resounding success. You will be our main point of contact with the client so that we can centralize and better direct their production.

Work environment

You report to the Production Manager, and you will manage the fruition of our customers’ platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working on our open source project “Cocorico” as well as on individual projects of our customers.
• Need gathering & customer reporting
• Wireframe design
• Writing functional specifications
• Creation and assignment of tasks
• Production planning, monitoring & management of our resources
• Functional recipes

The issues we face are new and require all parties to participate in the search for business solutions. You should know how to find clever and simple solutions for problems that sometimes are complex . All profiles are welcome, but hybrid profiles with technical experience in web technologies are preferred.

We are looking for people who are creative, rigorous and like to follow “the best practices” so that you can work better as a team in a motivating and friendly atmosphere. You should like getting to know your clients’ business and industry. You should also show empathy to better imagine the solutions that will best suit each audience. Ideally you also use collaborative or participative platforms (AirBNB, Doctolib, BlaBlaCar). You should be someone who is looking for a rich experience both professionally and humanely.

Required skills

• Full professional proficiency in English (C2 | > 900 TOEIC | > 90 TOEFL +++)
• A minimum of developing culture (training or management of a technical project ++)
• Mastery of project management tools (stack Atlassian ++)
• Agile Certification (Scrum ++)
• Mastery of SEO tools (Google ++ stack)
• Mastery of IT planning tools (MS Project +)
• Mastery of computerized DTP tools (Sketch)

• Mutual presentation by telephone (digging up the job description and suitability)
• Face-to-face interview consisting of a case study: 15min preparation, 25min presentation, 20min personality interview
