The position

Job description

We are looking for a People/HR Manager to take on the challenge of driving the company’s HR operations in Brussels, Paris and Lausanne.

Talent acquisition

  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the organization evolves with the growth of the company and write job descriptions
  • Source candidates (which includes working in collaboration with external partners or recruitment agencies)
  • Run interviews and carefully document the interview processes
  • Write contract propositions
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the organization evolves with the growth of the company

Evolution/appraisal

  • Structure (with the help of the management team) clear career paths for all profile types and coordinate the periodic appraisal and follow-ups

Training and development

  • Identify needs for training and coordinate the training programs
  • Structure the onboarding of new hires and work closely with the managers to structure development plans for new starters

Payroll

  • Continuously optimize compensation plans and benefits to stay competitive in the market
  • Coordinate the payments of compensation and benefits

Culture

  • Bridge employee relations by addressing feedback
  • Oversee routines, habits and teambuilding events to foster the company’s culture

Preferred experience

  • Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of successful professional experience as an HR manager in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong generalist HR background, meaning you can support with people, legal, organizational, cultural and strategic issues
  • Good leadership skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and process information efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good team member, good listener, working well with peers, good sense of integration and adaptation
  • English, French and Dutch written and spoken

Recruitment process

The recruitment process is structured in three successive rounds:

  • Round 1, HR screening: a 45 minute conversation with a manager to review your resume and motivations
  • Round 2, cultural check-in: a 90 minute conversation with four of your future peers (creatives, managers or a project manager) to make sure there is a cultural fit
  • Round 3, case: a 2 hour case resolution divided in two, a first hour of preparation and a second hour of restitution and Q&A with the agency’s co-founders
