• Point of contact for creators on BAT side
• Scouting of new creators and talents
• Reporting on regular basis (data analysis, monitoring of KPI’s delivery)
• Daily checks of creators’ profiles to stand up our International Marketing Principles requirements
• Arrange contracts between BAT and creators
• Deployment of digital assets for creators if needed
• Implementing creators into digital campaigns and activations of both brands
• Comprehensive overview of competitors’ activities
• Supporting other teams across the company to develop 360° campaigns including content from our creators
• Perform other digital-related tasks & duties as assigned
• At least 1-year experience in working with creators, artists etc. (preferably direct contact and management)
• University degree
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Excellent & effective communication and presentation skills
• Personal responsibility, ownership of projects and focus on delivery in time
• Strong orientation on details and focus on data
• Independency & willingness and ability to learn fast
• Creative approach and ability to think out of the box
• Team player, networking skills and relationship building skills, ability to manage multiple activities
• Advanced PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
