The position

Job description

Your mission

Your role will consist in leading the activity with the top 20 groups of the Hospitality and Healthcare industries.
You will be responsible for deploying, then managing these groups and maintaining a strong level of relationship with the C-level members.
You will work in close collaboration with our Key Account executive who works upstream by hunting and closing these groups.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of Key Account Developer and Key Account Manager.
  • Scale the deployment process of Brigad solution within key accounts.
  • Build a KAM strategy to engage with executive / C-level people and generate strong interest / sponsorship.
  • Be responsible for the KA portfolio.
  • Engage with all other necessary stakeholders to make Brigad an official partner (Finance, Legal, etc).
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance teams to optimize our KA deployment and KAM playbook, according to business needs.
  • Plan hiring needs according to business targets & team capacity.

You are a driven and motivated individual with exceptional Sales and Communication skills and the ability to manage and strengthen meaningful connections.

  • We would love to meet someone who has :
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/ Business Development with large accounts
  • Strong managerial experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A proven track record and a focus on hitting targets
  • A highly positive and contagious energy
  • Demonstrated an ability to work autonomously
  • A strong ability to structure and scale processes
  • Native French is a must, a good level of English is also required
