As People Partner, you will report to the Global VP of People & Talent, and oversee topics related to our French entity.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the full employee life cycle (HR administration, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, grievances, terminations, etc.)
  • Supporting people managers on various HR matters and addressing employees’ day-to-day requests,
  • Preparing the Works Council (CSE) topics and addressing employee relations topics with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach,
  • Ensuring compliance of HR processes and activities with French labor law and the Syntec collective agreement,
  • Preparing and controlling variable payroll elements (payroll is outsourced) and managing the HR suppliers (eg. pension, health insurance, Inspection du Travail, Médecine du Travail, etc.)
  • Maintaining and proactively enhancing/automating HR processes incl HRIS data workflows, working closely with the team 
  • Collaborating with our global People & Talent team to roll out cross-functional initiatives.
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as PeopleOps Manager or similar role in a start-up / SaaS organization,
  • Experience dealing with French employment law, CSE, employee relations and compliance,
  • Business acumen combined with attention to detail and ability to adapt your approach in a fast-paced global environment,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously - prioritize, organise, and work effectively with minimal supervision,
  • Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of an organization with a “happy to help” attitude
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Nice-to-have: people management or team leadership experience.
