Job description
We’re looking for a talented candidate to help strengthen the bloomflow Sales & Marketing team in Paris. As a Business Development Representative, your main goal would aim at contributing to the company’s rapid growth through generating new leads and creating business opportunities for the sales team.
Main roles and responsibilities
Generating qualified conversations with enterprise prospects in the DACH region by executing our business development plan, through ABM and personalized initiatives, and ensuring that all activities are aligned with this plan. Those missions would include:
Researching target verticals, named accounts, decision makers, renewal dates, and other information needed to inform the sales process
Committing to delivering on an agreed volume of outbound cold emails, cold calls, social selling touchpoints
Ensuring our inbound leads get the best conversion and qualification experience possible, in the shortest amount of time, to eventually shorten the sales cycle
Setting meetings for the sales team based on qualification of leads generated, and briefing team members on targets and opportunities
Tracking your performance in terms of outreach and meetings booked, analyzing this performance, and adapting to improve these results (with coaching and guidance from the sales and marketing team)
Having a specific focus on our events agenda, and making sure both pre-event identification and outreach, and post event follow up to prospects, are maximized

Technical requirements
Proven track of sales related experience (sales outreach, account prospecting, lead qualification)
Proficiency with sales and marketing CRM / automation software
Native in German, fluent in English. French is a plus
