Assist other team members and operational staff in the analysis of situations encountered and suggest appropriate tax solutionsMore generally, monitor and analyze the various taxes owed by all group subsidiaries as well as the various international transactionsEnsure global tax compliance, by overseeing the preparation of tax returns in France and in Europe, follow-up of VAT refund claims in the European Union for all subsidiaries and other reporting obligations in France and in foreign countriesProvide tax assistance on ongoing compliance projects (DAC7, E invoicing/E reporting) and tax structure projects, M&A etc.Analyze tax aspects of international mobility of employeesProvide assistance in the context of tax audits and relations with tax authorities in EuropeEnsure daily monitoring of tax legislation, alert and advise the group on the implementation of new regulations, write technical and non-technical memos on tax research and complianceYour qualifications
You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Tax/Business Law and you have between 2 and 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a law firm or in a company, in an international environment.You are proficient in financial and accounting conceptsYou have good Excel skills You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from othersYou embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasksFluency in French and EnglishIf you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!
