You will be joining the BlaBlaCar Finance team as Head of FP&A and work in a multicultural environment with skilled, friendly and dedicated colleagues, whose mission is to structure, analyze and forecast BlaBlaCar’s activity and finances. Reporting to the VP Strategy, M&A and Performance Management and managing a team of 5, your role will be to produce reliable reports and follow-ups in order to ensure BlaBlaCar’s financial health and growth. You will deliver analysis to help top management and managers to make the right decision.
Your responsibilities
Leading the annual budget processLeading the monthly financial reporting productionLeading and monitoring the financial forecastDelivering ad hoc strategic analyses for top managementActing as a true business partner to senior management and business teamsWorking hand in hand with data analysts to deliver analysesWorking closely with our Accounting and Cash Management teamsConstantly improving our processes to ensure effective analyses and reliable financial informationManaging the FP&A team composed of a manager and four associatesYour qualifications
You have 5-8 years of successful experience in corporate finance and financial planning and analyses (e.g. Transaction Services; Modeling departments; FP&A/controlling)You have management experienceYou are proficient in financial modeling and you master excelYou have excellent business acumenYou are able to deliver both (i) micro, detailed analyses based on hard data and (ii) macro, high-level analyses based on rough assumptionsYou have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from othersYou embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasksYou have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindsetFluency in English requiredExperience in a tech company or business advisory would be a plusIf you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!
