You will be joining the BlaBlaCar Finance team as Head of FP&A and work in a multicultural environment with skilled, friendly and dedicated colleagues, whose mission is to structure, analyze and forecast BlaBlaCar’s activity and finances. Reporting to the VP Strategy, M&A and Performance Management and managing a team of 5, your role will be to produce reliable reports and follow-ups in order to ensure BlaBlaCar’s financial health and growth. You will deliver analysis to help top management and managers to make the right decision.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading the annual budget process
  • Leading the monthly financial reporting production
  • Leading and monitoring the financial forecast
  • Delivering ad hoc strategic analyses for top management
  • Acting as a true business partner to senior management and business teams
  • Working hand in hand with data analysts to deliver analyses
  • Working closely with our Accounting and Cash Management teams
  • Constantly improving our processes to ensure effective analyses and reliable financial information
  • Managing the FP&A team composed of a manager and four associates
  • Your qualifications

  • You have 5-8 years of successful experience in corporate finance and financial planning and analyses (e.g. Transaction Services; Modeling departments; FP&A/controlling)
  • You have management experience
  • You are proficient in financial modeling and you master excel
  • You have excellent business acumen
  • You are able to deliver both (i) micro, detailed analyses based on hard data and (ii) macro, high-level analyses based on rough assumptions
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English required
  • Experience in a tech company or business advisory would be a plus
