Your Mission
We are looking for an Functional Analyst Apprentice to join the Software Integration team. The Software Integration team’s mission is to explore, integrate and maintain best-in-class external softwares, that enable the internal teams to fulfill their mission with efficiency, productivity, and comfort.
Your role will be to manage various projects and initiatives on Bus products to ensure a best-in-class experience for our passengers during their whole journey.
You will contribute to optimize the inventory and distribution of our Western Europe Bus offer on the sales platforms, as well as improving business teams efficiency in their operational processes.
Working closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams, this is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to Product & Tech challenges at one of France's fastest-growing scale-up.
Your Responsibilities
• Supporting the development and optimization of BlaBlaCar Bus distribution on the offline and online sales channels, coordinating the technical implementation project and delivery with the partners.
• Studying Tech solutions and automation flows to answer business needs (automating refund process for cancelled trips to customers, changing bus offer pricing rules)
• Ensuring the run of our solutions (inventory management, revenue management, bus tracking system) and assisting users into bug fixing and continuous improvement of our tools in coordination with all tech teams.
• Leading project coordination across various stakeholders, from internal Tech teams to external solution providers in order to explore and deliver new solutions.
Your Qualifications
• Masters degree apprenticeship (Gap or Last year) in Engineering or Business course.
• Able to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders (esp. Operations, Engineering, Product)
• Eager to manage projects both from a Business and Tech standpoint; a prior Tech and/or Project Management internship would be a plus
• Be humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation and a relentless doer
• Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in French and English
